Following, the third floor has an apartment for smaller groups, as well as two shower rooms for penthouse guests to use. Finally, the fourth to the sixth floors make up a single, large penthouse unit.

It is really spacious.

A private penthouse using the entirety of the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors! Over 200m2 of space. This is not a shared room. While there are listings where 10 or more can stay if they squeeze tight, here you can rest in comfort as if you were at home. Additionally, this is probably the only place with a living room where 10 or more can get together. The living room has a sofa and a big dining table, with a stylish bar counter right next to it. Of course, there is also a big screen TV. You will just want to spend time with everyone there at night.

The unit is well equipped.

・There is a big shower and bathtub room on the 5th floor and 2 shower rooms on the 3rd floor, so big groups can stay without problems.
・There are toilets on the 4th and 5th floors, as well as one next to the elevator on the 2nd floor, for a total of 3.
・Some of the windows have been sealed, and all of them are double sash. Additionally, the inner sashes are all double-glazed so summer is cool and winter is warm. Noise from the outside is blocked, so you can sleep pleasantly.
・There is a laundry washer and dryer on the 1st floor, and another washer with a roof on the 6th floor.
・We have 9 bicycles you can borrow for free. You can get to most of the city’s sightseeing spots by bike!

You can get here from Kansai Airport in about an hour, and in about 20 min from Shin-Osaka. The closest subway station is 5 min on foot. Located right in the heart of Osaka, there is convenient access to USJ (35 min), Kyoto / Nara (55 min), and Kobe (50 min).
